OFFICIAL PLAYER & SUPPORTERS PACKAGES

Special players and supporters packages have been developed to ensure all players and their supporters are part of the tournament and the official functions.

All players will be required to purchase the official player’s registration package which includes the following elements:

  • Four rounds of golf at the selected host clubs during the 2011 World Schools Golf Challenge.
  • A  World Schools Golf Challenge souvenir.
  • A welcome package of local information on arrival.
  • The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party which includes traditional South African entertainment, unlimited soft drinks and fruit juice and a substantial finger food.
  • The Prizegiving Dinner which will include entertainment, the tournament prizegiving, unlimited soft drinks and fruit juice and a buffet meal.

The cost of the player’s registration package is ZAR3000 per person which will be invoiced to all teams as entries are received.

Supporters Package

The special package for teachers, family and supporters is also available. This package includes:

  •  The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party which includes traditional South African entertainment, unlimited soft drinks and fruit juice and a substantial buffet meal. (Note: a pay bar will operate).
  • The Prizegiving Dinner which will include entertainment, the tournament prizegiving, unlimited soft drinks and fruit juice and a substantial buffet meal. (Note: a pay bar will operate).

The cost of the supporter’s package is ZAR800 per person which will be invoiced when team leaders advise details of supporters traveling with the team.

Teams

Cost of entry per non-South Africa team is ZAR1200.

Cost of entry for South Africa schools is ZAR400 per team
- this has been made possible through a sponsorship arrangement specific to South Africa.
